How do I know my order went through?
After a successful checkout, you’ll be sent to the Homestead Hats
confirmation page. Stripe may also send a payment receipt to the
email address entered at checkout.
Can I request a custom hat?
Yes. Use the custom-order form to share your preferred colors,
wording, patches, quantity, and requested completion date. We’ll
follow up with availability and pricing.
Do you offer private hat bar events?
Yes. Homestead Hats can be booked for private parties, showers,
bachelorettes, birthdays, markets, pop-ups, and other events.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email help@homesteadhats.com as soon as possible with your name,
order email, and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can
review the issue.
Can custom hats be changed after I submit a request?
Contact us promptly if you need to update your request. Changes may
depend on whether materials have already been ordered or work has
begun.
Where are Homestead Hats made?
Homestead Hats is a women-owned and operated small business, and
each hat is handmade in Virginia.
